Shipping Charges


Shipping is free when you buy from CanadaVetExpress. Regardless of the order size, we provide free shipping on all orders shipping within the USA.

For customers who want to keep track of the shipments, they can opt for 'tracked shipping' by paying an additional $6.49 before checking out. It approximately takes 48 to 72 hours for the tracking numbers to be reflected in the system.


Orders shipping to countries other than the USA shall be subject to pay $9.95 shipping charges.



Shipping Time


During weekdays, all orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed during weekends or on holidays are processed for shipping on the next working day.


Across the USA, our shipping takes about 10-15 business days from the date they're shipped. Orders shipped to countries other than the USA take about 21-28 days for delivery.

In case your order is not delivered within 30 working days, we will reship it or refund it as per your preference.


Do bear in mind that shipping can take longer than usual at certain times of the year, like during the holiday season or during extreme weather conditions and we do request a little patience at these times.


In the case of reshipping or refund - If you receive the original order after it's been reshipped or refunded, we request you to reach out to our customer service team at 1-800-279-7001 or email us - . You may either return the merchandise or keep it at a discounted price per your preference.

Please note that in case of an incorrect/incomplete address, we will not be able to offer a refund or reship the order.



Returns and Refunds
