We dispatch all orders within 24 hours except when the order is placed on a holiday. On an average, it takes about 10-15 working days to deliver an order to any destination in America.
For tracked shipping, it may take around 48 to 72 hours for tracking numbers to be reflected in the tracking system from the day of shipment.
If by any chance, your order does not reach you within 30 working days of placing it then we will reship it or refund it as per your choice and convenience.
But, we do require your patience, as at certain times of the year the shipping can take little longer than usual because of the holiday season or extreme weather conditions.
In case, you receive the original order after reshipping order from our side or refund payment, we request you to return the product as soon as possible. You will be charged for the same amount in case you fail to return the product.
