Directions

As it contains 20% ethanol, it should be diluted before giving it to your pet.
Although water is the preferred delivery method, milk can be used if your pet is unable to tolerate water.
As a last resort, you can offer a small treat as a reward, however, this may reduce the product's effectiveness.
When you are ready to provide the product to your pet directly through the mouth, dilute it with clean water and set it alone for a few minutes to allow the alcohol to vaporize.
You can then administer the recommended dose of the diluted substance directly into the patient's mouth with a clean, dry plastic spoon or syringe.

Recommended Doses and Frequency:

For acute epilepsy or head injuries: Give the recommended dose every 30 minutes for 4 doses. Then give a dose every 3 hours for 3 doses. Thereafter reduce the frequency to 3 times daily until symptoms are under control.
For chronic problems: Give the recommended dose three times daily.
