Milprazon Tablets for Dogs and Puppies - Broad Spectrum Dewormer

Milprazon deworming tablets are used for the treatment of mixed infections by cestodes and nematodes caused by Dipylidium caninum, Taenia spp., Echinococcus spp. Mesocestoides spp. Ancylostoma caninum, Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina, Trichuris vulpis, Crenosoma vulpis, Angiostrongylus vasorum, and Thelazia callipaeda in dogs. It treats and controls tapeworms, hookworms, roundworms, whipworms, lungworms, and eyeworms. It can also be used for the prevention of heartworm disease (Dirofilaria immitis) if concomitant treatment against cestodes is indicated. Milprazon tablets are scored and flavored for easy dosing and are safe to use for dogs and puppies weighing at least 1.1 lbs (0.5 kg).

How Does Milprazon Chewable Work?

Milprazon Chewables contain Milbemycin and Praziquantel. Milbemycin treats roundworms, whipworms, and hookworms. It also prevents heartworms in dogs. The other ingredient, Praziquantel, is effective against tapeworm species, including fox tapeworms. Hence, due to the combined action of these two powerful ingredients, this dewormer tablet is highly effective for the treatment of worms in dogs and puppies.
